Today is an off day.

I haven't accomplished much today, and I wasn't really expecting to. I woke up this morning – I slept in, but that's okay, because I had no plans, and nothing to be late for. There was nothing to eat for breakfast, so Lindsay made a shopping list and I started a load of laundry. After a cup of coffee, we went to the nearby CO-OP to get groceries. Bananas, apples, meats, breads, and lunch stuff; then I took Lindsay to school, as that is what she does on some days. My next stop was at the community garden in the community that we are no longer members of, but we still have the garden spot. I picked several beets, yellow and green courgettes, spinach, Swiss chard, beans, and radish pods. I didn't know at first what the radish pods were, I had to Google them to find out that they are neither a weed, nor poisonous. I came home after this gardening time and put the produce upstairs, then I finished the laundry stuff, bringing the clean clothes upstairs and putting them in a pile in the middle of the bed. I then returned to my car, gathered up the remainder of the groceries, and brought them home as well. I then put all of the groceries away.
